Documents To Establish Business In Thailand

Hello,

I have ask for advice a Law company, and they told me that their fee to fill my documents for Thai business will cost me arround 40,000 baht and government fees are excluded from this tax which sounds pretty much for me for legal advice

Does anybody know where i can find a form of this documnets for Thai LTD company ? If yes please PM me or email me this blanks at kal{at}powerscribe dot com . I will be very thankful to you.

You have to go to an office which is called panit changwat , there is one in every provincial capital. They can supply you with a list of documents you need for establishing a company ltd. The list will be in Thai. If you cannot speak Thai, take somebody with you who can.

Downloadable Official Company Documents These are all, not unreasonably in Thai, in editable PDF formats or zip which may be downloaded to the computer. You will need someone who can read official Thai to assist in a} selecting the right corporate structure to download and b} completing the forms.
