Warehouse Rental Chiang Mai Area

Featured Replies

Looking to rent/lease a small to medium size warehouse in the Chiang Mai general area - can anyone tell me where the "industrial estates" or similar are located ?

Thanks.

How many square meters of space do you need? The only industrial estate I've heard of is in Lampun and for export manufacturing. Could be some others, would be interesting to know.

100 - 200 square meters would be fine - the Lamphun industrial estate is too far away and is more for manufacurers I believe where as I just need a storage warehouse hopefully with a ramp to back a container up to for loading.

Been searching around Chiang Mai but no luck thus far.

On the Super Highway, traveling in a counter-clockwise direction, past Carrefour, past Makro, but before you get to Big C look for a a Jet (Petrol) Station. There is a complex of warehouses behind the Jet Station with units for rent in the 200 sqm size. Some are brand new.

Sorry, this should read "clockwise." NOT "counter"...
