It seems การแบ่งแยก is the word for discrimination for which you're looking. Racial discrimination could be การแบ่งแยกเชื้อชาติ, though การแบ่งแยกสีวผิว seems to be more common even if it isn't exactly racial discrimination, more discrimination based on skin color.

การแบ่งแยกอายุ -age discrimination

การแบ่งแยกเพศ -sex discrimination

Although you don't site the usage or context you want this term for; I found this on thai-language dot com

เหยียดสีผิว - to discriminate or hate based on skin color

It is actually composed of three words,

เหยียด - to despise, hold in contempt, look down upon, insult or abuse

สี - color

ผิว - skin

Extrapolating from that, I think we might be able to use the word(s) คนต่างชาติ making something like:

เหยียดคนต่างชาติ

คน - people, persons

ต่าง - different

ชาติ - country

Or

เหยียดเพศ

เพศ - gender

While the above is total conjecture on my part; I imagine it would be understood. Again context and usage is critical in thai, especially more so in written thai, so maybe not.

I do think the previous poster got it right and what ever you use; การ should be the prefix as it turns the verb into a noun so more like การเหยียดสีผิว การเหยียดคนต่างชาติ or การเหยียดเพศ

It'd be good if the thai language experts would weigh in. Sadly, I am not one of those illustrious few...

Please allow me to provide some food for thought. The term "discrimination" really has two meanings or implications. The first is about feelings; the second is about de facto exclusion.

Lexitron seems to choose the first for its Thai equivalent: เหยียดผิว [yìat-pĭw ] means to "have racial discrimination." (Domnern Sathienpong [DS] defines the same term as, "to be a racist").

Syn. แบ่งผิว, ดูถูกผิว [these synonyms in Lexitron are not provided separate definitions.]

Lexitron definition: "ดูถูกคนชาติอื่นที่มีสีผิวต่างกับเชื้อชาติตน (มักใช้แก่พวกผิวขาวเหยียดพวกผิวดำ)."

To look down upon persons with a skin color different from one's own (usually used for a white person discriminating against a black person).

Sample:เขาชอบเหยียดผิวและดูถูกคนผิวดำเสมอ

He always likes to discriminate against and look down on black people.

The word ดูถูก does have a similar meaning. It means "to look down upon, to belittle, disparage, insult, denigrate . . ." [DS]

Lexitron does provide some related Thai words for the emotional revulsion embodied in the word "discrimination": หมิ่น;เหยียด;ดูหมิ่นดูแคลน;เหยียดหยาม;หลู่;หยียบย่ำ;หยาม;สบประมาท;ลบรอย;ปรามาส;ประมาทหน้า;เหยียดหยัน;หยาบหยาม;ดูถูกดูแคลน;

As for the exclusionary meaning of the term, discrimination in fact, the word อคติ or ลำเอียง might be more appropriate.

Per Lexitron, อคติ means "prejudice; bias; partiality" and it works in both directions:

Def. ความลำเอียง มี 4 อย่าง คือ ฉันทาคติ = ลำเอียงเพราะรัก โทสาคติ = ลำเอียงเพราะโกรธ ภยาคติ = ลำเอียงเพราะกลัว โมหาคติ = ลำเอียงเพราะเขลา.

"The term 'ลำเอียง' can be categorized into four types, 'chăn taa ká-dtì' or 'bias arising from love' [DS]; 'toh-săa ká-dtì' or 'bias arising from hatred' [DS] or from anger; 'pá-yâa-kadtì' 'bias arising from fear' [DS]; and 'moh hăa ká-dtì' [DS] 'bias arising from ignorance'

Sample:เราจะมีอคติหรือมองเห็นข้อบกพร่องของคนชาติอื่นๆ แต่มองข้ามข้อบกพร่องเหล่านี้ในพวกเรากันเอง

แบ่งแยกเชื้อชาติ = Racial discrimination

การเหยียดสีผิว = Skin color discrimination

การกีดกันทางเพศ = Sex discrimination

I am not sure about the rest, but I am not a Thai.
