There is an entire Check and Change section on the AirAsia website. Plus you can call their Call Center or visit one of their ticket offices (you don't mention where you are located).

bkk. if i remember correctly, i think i saw there office somewhere on silom?

It's dead easy to do online.

cancelling is not possible. changing is. but its much more expensive if u do it through their callcenter or at a sales office (Chiang Mai has one at Thapae Gate now too), than doing it online
