I am on a 1 year non O marriage visa. 3 months in. Nearest run is to Noing Khai. Anyone goit any info on opening times and costs for renewal.

Not sure what you want to know. You say you have a one year visa and 3 months in so what do you mean by "renewal"?

1. There is no such thing as a marriage visa - there is a non immigrant O visa and if multi entry would be one year - it that what you have? If you you just depart every 90 days and re-enter to get another 90 days. If you are asking about getting a new such visa only KL in Malaysia in the immediate area seems to issue routinely these days.

2. There is a one year extension of stay for family. With that you renew each year with the same requirements as the first time. That is done at Immigration office in Thailand.

My guess is you are talking about a Multi Entry Non Imm O Visa. But I could be wrong.

Hop over the border and come back again. Cost of Laos Visa around 1,500 Baht.
