Took a look at the Samsung website and neither of those models are listed for Thailand at present, just an older X18 version if you want Lightscribe.

SH-203p seems to be marketed for Korea and Russia while SH-203n is Canadian. Google those model numbers and see if they come up in SE Asia at all but checked some Singapore and Hong Kong sites for you and didn't see them there. If you want Lightscribe then take a look at the LG G-H20L-S10 20 x 20, around 1000 baht.
