August 15, 200818 yr OK I can find wheat flour for bread. I can find dark rye flour. But I can't find different types with the exact numbers and how fine they are. Maybe just a 4-5 different types at all. Does anyone know where to get more types? Maybe a baker who sell these?? thanks if anyone know...Would like to make different breads on my fresh imported bread machine......

Surprisingly, the Tops at Silom Centre has a very big assortment of flour types. Not sure about other locations.
