Can You Recomend A Download/upload Monitor?

Maybe you can help me out.

Can some one suggest a good and free upload/download monitor utility?

On one of my widgets on the side bar I can see data coming in and data going out.

But I want to know what service/program or what?? is pulling in & phoning home data at any giving time?

can anyone recommend a free simple to use utility?

I use comodo firewall.

Apart from the obvious security advantage it also can list all connections, along with the programs making them.

That "View active connections" window is great! Didn't realise you could do that.
