helo everybody,I want to make an extension,for the first time,of my non-o visa being married to a thai lady(have 1 baby).

to prove 40000baht income,I have 26000/month from social security(career-interruption)coverig the same period(nov 08 to okt 09) as the extension and 425000 intrest on a lifeinsurance account,for the year 2007.So I have more than 40000 a month.Do you guys think they will accept it?

It is whatever your Embassy accepts. You will have to ask them.

the embassy will accept,it is the immigration-officers I`m afraid of,do they have to see the documents from social security and my life-insurance bank,or is the letter from the embassy sufficient?

The letter from the Embassy is usually sufficient.

and when I did mine, that was all they were interested in.

Not documents of proof from 'abroad.' Mind you, I thought it funny when the girl said " is that in Sterling and is that every month or every year." did'nt want to risk inflating the figure as I thought one of the 'back room boys' might suss it out.
