libya 115 Posted September 9, 2008 Share Posted September 9, 2008 SOURCE: Pattaya One News: September 9th 2008 Fire caused by depressed Yabba Smoker at South Pattaya Apartment Block. Police and Fire Rescue Units were called to an Apartment Block in South Pattaya on Monday Night to deal with a fire, thought to have been caused by a man smoking Yabba inside his room. The fire was put out quickly and Police moved in to arrest the occupier of the 2nd Floor room, Khun Watanna aged 29. He was taken to Pattaya Police Station where he confessed to smoking the class 1 drug and claimed that he was depressed following an argument with his girlfriend and when he had finished smoking, he forgot to extinguish a candle used to heat up the Yabba Tablet. He was charged with class 1 drug consumption offences and will have to pay compensation to the owner of the room that was damaged in the fire.
