libya 115
SOURCE: Patttay People: September 11th 2008 Snatch Incident Causes Bike Accident Police were called to an accident on the 9th September on Third Road. As officers were investigating the damage of two overturned Honda motorcycles and a Toyota Van, other officers were interviewing two ladies at hospital who had just been treated for arm injuries that they acquired in the accident. One of them, 25 year old Miss Yadaporn stated that whilst they were riding along the road, a man on a bike came from behind and grabbed her gold necklace. She fought back and grabbed his wrist but in so doing both lost control and they crashed into the rear of the parked Toyota van. And guess who was being interviewed at Pattaya Police Station; yes the culprit, 25 year old Wichien. Photograph courtesy of Pattaya People

toasted
I'm sure there are a lot of "snatch incidients" evry hour of the day in Pattaya.
Humphrey Bear
The title intrigued me - the story didn't.
Briggsy
A bit of Kalasin-style justice required here. Vichien gets kicked on the ground in police station until brain haemorrhage ensues. Dead body then gets strung up somewhere in Pattaya environs but not too close to the cop shop. Verdict: suicide.
