The basic fact of real estate is very simple.

A property is worth what someone else is prepared to pay for it, in money.

What the owner or anyone else thinks a property is worth is only air.

I Agree....and Im sure we are all sorry for his loss....but as said earlier at that price the market is very limited.

What is the golden rule that EVERYONE advices on here?.....'only invest in what you can afford to walk away from'

I own a property on the shoreline of Koh Samui Island that is worth 27 million baht. Unfortunately, I've been trying to sell my property for a year with no takers. I need to sell it by the 20th of this month or else my property will be taken from me to cover a personal debt that my wife owes. Any ideas on what to do????

Nice story for a newbie, come back when you can be a little more creative with your fiction writing ability.
