Problems With Ais/1-2call / Instantly Losing Money?

i have a 1-2 call prepaid card for nearly half a year and using it regular! but yesterday it seems that my left balance of ~100 baht was away... i was wondering, but then i brought a new recharge card (300 baht) and typed in the code. I received a new Shortmessage like "your new balance is 301,88 baht..."

than i wanted to write a shortmessage and another message from AIS arrived "your balance must be refilled" - what the fuc_k? i checked my balance again and it was 1,88 baht - i tried to re-enter the code, but it doesnt work.

what is going on there ?

i'm also not able to call the service center - do you have any idea ? dont want to lose any more money :o

Keep your last refill card, go to a Telewiz shop (found in most Tesco Lotus and carrefour shops, and explain.

They can get a list of numbers dialled and last refill date/amount, so they should be instantly able to see something is amiss.

AIS system does mess up things every so often, but I found politely complaining/explain have them solve the problem quickly, including refunding credit!
