Spartacus_m
Hi I am not sure if you are still looking for a house in Pattaya but I have one for rent. I have a new 3 bed, 4 bath detached house in the Mabprachan ASrea with private pool and gardens. It is unfurnished but they rent will be cheap as I am looking fir a longer tem contract and this will reflect in the rental. The h osue is just finished being built and is approx 280sqm with land of approx 1300sqm. All bedrooms have en suites, fitted western kitchen, utility room, large lounge/diner, family room, further toilet, large pool, car port, gardens. The house is great and will be a great home for someone. For a long term rental I would ask 18,000 pcm. There is no interner but that can be arranged for a fee!! The house is a cheap house for the right person (a deposit will be required). Kinde regard

Acky
Still not found something. A new town house in quite area, up to 20000 bath per month could also be a option. Still Maxnet or CAT required
torrenova
Not had any real problems with TOT around Pattaya for a few years now. Different locations as well. If you can go with TOT then you are ok but insisting on other providers will severely limit your choices. Let me know.
