I would not say Bang Khae/Phetkasem is near Sai Thai-but you likely know best way to reach Onnut early mornings. These are mainly aimed at farang visa-runners. For Sino-Thai wanting to gamble-ditto, but let the wife do it-all dailies have those ads, Thai Rath, Siam Rath, Daily news etc.
