lost_in_space Posted October 23, 2008 Share Posted October 23, 2008 In Seri Center, up in D'Day market, there's a pretty decent bookstore with lots of 2nd hand kids' books. It's called Angeltomorrow, I think. They have adult/teen books too, but I'm not sure the selection is as good. The owner has a friend in the states who seems to be sending her books that are mostly library discards. Most books are in quite good shape, some not. Prices are reasonable, 80 - 150 for most. One downside is that she won't buy them back. The upside is that they're not all Disney books, I even found one by Spike Lee and his wife. Worth checking out, in my opinion. I just brought in a 40 container of them last month and just a few days ago imported another 20 foot container of more childrens books. We have board books galore! Disney. Non-disney. Non-fiction. Teen readers. Lots and lots. Over the past 6 years we have just been wholesaleing them to big buyers at Chatuchak market but have recently started selling to the public.
