Accquired my visa from the embassy as i dont see how a travel agent could do it any cheaper than the issuing govt. Nobody does anything for nothing - right ! If you're crossing from Cambodia then i would advise hanging on to your bags as if the porters there get hold of it you'll pay both the Cambodians and the Viets for it's return.
