Pointless having an "official" policy on this subject as every establishment has it's own rules irrespective of Government edicts. Naturally these local rules can also change on any particular day

Im not interested in "local rules" just the official govt policy I am not interested if anyone approves or disproves of smoking I need the information for a friend who is on a residents committee. I need to know officialy where you can and can't smoke according to the govt.
