Need To Have Some Bike Parts Rechromed

I have some rust on my bike and would like to have the parts removed and rechromed. Anyone know of a shop that does that in Pattaya? How long would it take? Cost?

One of the rust areas is the handlebars.. A possible alternative is the colored brushed aluminium handle bars... If anyone know where I could get those..
