Hello! I know as a chilean I get 3 months to be there without having to ask for visa, Im trevelling there in dec 28 and coming back on jan 13. but my passport expires on feb 2009. I know some countries like Singapore make you problems to go in if your passport is about to expire. Does England have any rule about this?

It doesn't look like you will have any problems. This is taken from the IATA database:

National Chile (CL) /Residence Thailand (TH)

Destination United Kingdom (Great Britain) (GB)

United Kingdom (Great Britain) (GB)

Passport required.

- Passport and/or passport replacing documents must be valid

for the period of intended stay.

Visa required, except for A stay up to a max. of 6 months:

If you are coming back to Thailand you may have a problem. You need at least 6 months on your passport to enter Thailand.
