I was born in Thailand of Filipino parents and do not have a birth certificate. As such, I cannot apply for a passport as the latest implementing rules and regulations here in the Philippines state that a birth certificate is required. I have asked my mother to go to Thailand to get my birth certificate for me or a report of my birth from the hospital itself (I do not even know if it still even exists after all this time). Does anyone know if she can get me my birth certificate as she is my mother after all?
