Please correct me if I am wrong, but Thailand wants foreigners to come to spend money in Thailand (especially wants the guy's looking fo hookers), then they limit entry into the country, so much that If you do happen to marry a Thai lady, you gain no benifet. I have been married with a Thai lady, going on 5 years. Even if you do marry a Thai you are shut out. We went to buy a 200,000 baht apartment in her name, and the people told her once they saw her passspot, in my name: "you can buy it, but it cannot be in your name " When they saw her passport, in my name, everthing changed.We had to put itin a cousins name. I have shown my dedication to Thailand, by being married to a good Thai lady for 5 years. Why dos the Thai governmet think I'm a ad guy??

You got a wrong deal on the Apartment, Thai's married to farangs can still buy land, houses and etc. all thats needed at the most is a letter from you saying that its her money.

My wife has had no problem registering land in her name.
