Digitalman Posted December 8, 2008 Share Posted December 8, 2008 Yep get a card, I sometimes use SAMART WIP cards which are available at your local Thai post office.. Rate is something like 1 or 2 baht per minute plus the minutes used on your cell phone.. Or you could go with an internet phone or VOIP service such as skype and potentially make free calls (to other registered users.)
