Business Entry Multiple Occasion

Featured Replies

I work for a Chinese company based in Shanghai, and am employed and paid from there. We have recently opened an office in thailand and I am going to need to spend up to six months there training new staff, but I can't seem to find out which visa I should apply for. I will not be an employee of the Thailand operation, and will still be paid from China.

Any help?

You need to get non immigrant B visa. Either a single or multiple entry.

With that you may be able to get a work permit through the your Thai company.

You should contact the consulate in Shanghai to see what they require to get the visa.
