thailotus
Hi, This is my first post to this forum (which I've read with much interest). I am just wanting to know, what is the divorce rate in Thailand like (between Thai couples) and how long does a divorce normally take? Do Thai women usually put up a big fight if the man wants out? Many thanks,

Many thanks, <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Married in Thailand, it is a simple bureacratic procedure to divorce ( unless there are kids and big fights ... then it is a Court matter ) IMHO Thai women would rather walk than fight, but try to do the right thing if it has been a lengthy marriage. It is hard to generalize as I am sure that you appreciate.

If the thai man is the one to go, then they don't really put up a fight because they're 'No good !'.
thailotus
Thank you so much for the feedback. This situation is with both who are well educated so I'm not sure if that would make a difference. Again, I'm much obliged.
