yes won a few times, brings a bit of excitement to the 1st and16th of the month, get result on the internet. or ask any thai they all no the winning 2 and 3 numbers

never won a single penny on the goverment lottery,

but i do play the underground lottery twice a month and win every 1 in 3 times
