I will be coming back to Thailand April for 2 months and want to be mobile with my Laptop and will be staying in my wife's village @ Sikhiu and moving about to Surin, Prasat, Korat, Burryram and so on ...

Can anyone suggest anything I might get to be able to do this ?? Like 3G or HSPA here in Oz I need to be online every day ...

Most temple's in small village's have internet cafe's mainly for the kids but they did allow me to sit in there & connect to there network for a small donation, i now have maxnet at home but this is a 12 month contract @ 630 baht for 2mb so no good for 2 months stay, some of the citys may have wi fi but i've never gone that route.

Where is the most luxurious condo building in the Pattaya / Jomtien areas? When I retire ( in which it won't be this year and unlikely next year ) I would like to live in a high class condo building where there is a doorman and security and spas ,saunas , good gym I am told of the Copacabana in Jomtien however researching this it appears there are a lot of Airbnb customers in there I don't want to be sharing with noisy kids screaming etc and young party goers Please spare me the melodramas w

I think we should not oversimplify things to the level "having the right to vote is good and the lacking it is bad". Let's consider that the right to vote also entails the responsibility for this vote. Responsibility for one's vote means that people understand politics and take responsibility—themselves (yes, themselves, rather than mindlessly dumping the blame on the authorities)—not only for their actions but also for their inaction. Situations vary. If a society is mature and truly accepts responsibility, then democracy is a viable option. With that in mind, you should be able to calmly accept the fact that the world (including the US) is moving more toward a model of democracy resembling Democratic Korea than the US model.
