Break From Busy Bangkok

Featured Replies

We want to take a break from Bangkok and fly over to Samui for a week in a few days to look for apartments we can rent for 2-3 months. Our budget is 20 - 30.000 THB / month and its important that it has a decent internet connection or we can set one up quickly.

We were about to do this last year but it never worked out so if you have any good ideas please let us know. What are good spots on Samui that are not too remote but also not too touristy.

samui is almost like bangkok there are too many cars here and the roads are shocking compared to the mainland. if u want to try some where new then have a look at Kanom. There isn't any girl bars there but good place to take a lady . some really nice hotels and they have dolphines there. It is about 30 kms from Donsak. Donsak is where the ferry from samui goes
