Bad Smell

In the corner of my bedroom there has started a pretty nasty smell. It smells like someone has relieved themselves against the wall.

It is not emanating from any pipe or crevice and after much moving of furniture etc the only thing i found was a lizard (a gecko i think) which then legged it into a tiny gap at the side of a fitted wardrobe.

Can such lizards or their excretions smell so bad? What is best chemical to get rid of them?

yes, geckos poo smells badly - there might be the whole family of geckos living in the crevicies of your bedroom. Even burning mosquito coils will scare them away. Still, you need to find the poo and clean it
