The idea would be to take over an established company to avoid the 2 million Baht start up capital infusion. Not sure if there are any other benefits or whether this would be unwise, risky and a crazy price.

Establishing a Ltd Co. might take time and be a hassle - I do not have to play games to try and avoid investing 2 million Baht.

last Q: Photography as a profession closed to farang, this is the final verdict? Or would there be some work around? Like hiring Thai photographers but being somehow involved as well?

If you google companys here you will find someone was offering there company for free two weeks ago to avoid paying winding up costs so may be worth checking out.
