Are you or I pre diabetic?
Im back to exercising daily. Feeling good. Last tests were meh, not bad just not good - but looking forward to new ones in a few months FSB suspect, a1c ok Blood pressure already decidedly down in days. Pulse as low as 67, but ratheched up after 90 mins 8500 steps walk/ jog. I'm gonna totally sort myself out in 90 days 🌞 -

Usually 4 minutes but have done it for 8 minutes. Just for the record I am in my 70's -

Some facts which may be pertinent : The Chinese do not like to admit they can't swim as this would be loss of face. The result is they seem to drown quite regularly. Alcohol reduces one's co-ordination and impairs decision-taking. Most hotels bar guests from using the pool in the middle of the night due to the higher risk of tomfoolery and lack of supervision. There will be another Chinese drowning next week. -

They say it quite clearly if you bothered to watch the clip, seems you not only defend illigal immigrants, trans in womens sport, you also defend fraud and waste of tax dollars
