Hi I sold my 106 sq/m on 26 th floor for TBH 105,000 / sqmt. The global market is getting really bad so if you are serious of selling I will suggest you to drop the price.

thanks. good to know that there are transactions. its a good project and i am willing to entertain serious offers. there are less of this large 1bdrm (type B2) units vs the duplexes, and 2/3 bedrooms.

btw, i have the C3-106sqm on 27th floor which i will transfer (for my parents who plan to retire here soon) so whoever buys this B2 unit will be my neighbour !
