A buddy of mine (Thai) is getting all the time DTAC Happy promotion and payment requests via SMS. They ask her to pay a monthly fee for a "Happy Vampir(e)" song/"karaoke" service, even though she has never signed up for such a service!

Inquiry and cancellation attempts by phone were unsuccessful, as she only got through to an automated system asking to press numbers for song choices, but no possibility to reach anyone to enquire or cancel.

Anyone had similar offers/payment requests from DTAC Happy?

I Have had DTAC for years never had this problem. Hmmmmmm! Why don't you contact the service center and tell them of the problem you are encounting.

Phone :1678. An English speaking operator on duty 24/7.

I use to get those DTAC promo text on my phone or even calls, then i called 1678 and told them i don't have thai fonts on my mobile nor i speak thai so request them to stop all those promotions coz it was no use to me.

Never had any text promo or promo calls from there on.
