Hi to all Sakon Nakhon people.

Does anyone have any info on builders or decent sub divisions/estates in Sakon?

Is there a nice or not so nice area to live in Sakon?

Also some idea of a rough price for a western style house (2-3 bedroom).

Not so long ago I wrote a little about building a house near Sakhon the post is here. There is some good information you might pick up and some photos. I`m not sure about good/bad areas in Sakhon as I live about 45 mins from there. A rough price and it all depends on what quality finish and fittings you are looking for would be in region of 1.8M - 2.5M that`s for the build only not including the land.
