I'm on a non-immigrant 'O' and my first 90 day stamp is 4th feb (tomorrow)

can I go on a visa run tomorrow or do I have to sort something for today (I know its late)

You can do it on the 4th but not a good idea to leave it until the last day in case of any problems.
