Patriot
Good day, I am a Brit who will be working in US on a yacht in a month or so and require a B1B2 visa. Does anyone have any knowledge of a proven agency in Bangkok that can sort me out with said visa, or at least do all the preparation prior to the interview, as I really haven't the time to machete my way through the process. Thanks
ubonjoe
Since you are a Brit I don't think you need a visa. See this webpage for info: http://travel.state.gov/visa/temp/without/without_1990.html
MattFS218
I think you need a visa if your stay is over 90 days. Also, I'm not sure you are legally allowed to work on a B1/B2 visa, in fact I'm pretty sure you are not. The Embassy explicitly does asks that you do not pay another company to help you get a visa. The process is really simple. A short web-form, should take you no more than 2 hrs. Hardest part is paying the $135 fee at a post office.
