hello there, did u find any swimming teacher yet?? actually i need one for my 4.5 year old daugther too, maybe u can help me too, lemme know, regards, SALS

Hello

I finally did find one. She is a high school senior who lives within our gated community. She is a lifegaurd and has taught other young children to swim. I put up an add at the clubhouse area in our neighborhood. Most of the people that responded were wanting 300 to 500 per child per hour. I did not pay that much in the states with my oldest child and here it is supposed to less expensive. That adds up quickly with 4 children taking lessons. A friend recommended the Dolphins swim lessons. She said you could find out more info on the BAMBI site. I did not look into it since I found someone that would come to my house. Best of luck.

Bangkok Dolphins come to our condo once per week and teach a bunch of kids. They run classes all over Bangkok, generally in big condos. You don't need to live in the apartment building to attend their classes (at least in ours this is true). They seem very good but don't go much beyond beginners level, at least in our small pool. There is also another group called Lets Asia that is similar.
