Mario2008 Posted March 1, 2009 Share Posted March 1, 2009 I would inquire at the embassy first. Normaly you have to apply in person, but can have the passport send to you. Never heard of any problems by sending it EMS, that is why the embassies offer it. Postal service in Thailand is pretty reliable, especialy by EMS.
