School administration told me they are not going to pay for the last month of the Contract they stamped and signed.How come?As i feel that's against the Thai Labour Law, i was reacted but they didn't want to talk about it.

Contract will expire at the end of April(30th) but they said no money for April, at all.

Also, no any word that we have to work in March but we are forced to work, as they said IF we want salaries for March-we have to work in summer camp,out of town.Whole month.

What should i do?Should i report them to Educational Office,Thai Labour Law Department, where my WP was given?The Civil Court?

The Labor Office is the one you want to talk to. Take a copy of your contract, WP and any letters they might have given you about this matter. If you have a case, they'll help you. I believe their help is free.

Depending on what the contract actually says about March, you might have to work. If it's at a different location, you might have a case, if you don't want to work, because your WP doesn't legally allow it. Besides, there are provisions in the Labor Act for when the physical location of employment is changed by the employer.

Further on if you worked for more then 23 months they will have to give you severance money

if you worked for 1 year or more they will have to give you 3 months
