99.9% Gold Clarificaiton.

Featured Replies

I have been looking around (even the Thai gold association website), but they show the prices of 96.5% gold, which is at around 15900 per baht.

I have a 50gram (3.2baht?) gold bullion that is at 99.9% rating (24k).

Is there a quote that I can get on it's price per baht? Or the price you will expect me to sell it at, at Yaowarat or MBK?

Thanks.

Is it safe to sell gold at MBK?

I know Yaowarat is THE place to go, but it's a bit too far away for me.

I am more worried about them dealing me fake money compared to the value they give me.

Does anyone think they will pay me in cash?

As I need to liquidate this asset ASAP.

Thanks.

I know these are a lot of questions, but I wish to clarify here before I get cheated at MBK or waste time there.

Just go into any gold shop and ask them: How mut?

I mean even every Tesco Carrefour has a goldshop.

Convert the grams to troy ounce.

50 Grams is: 1.60753 oz(troy)

And according to exchange site

Friday, March 6, 2009

1.60753 Gold (oz.) = 53,293.4 Thai Baht

So roughly around 50.000 THB

It is not that difficult ya know.
