Can I get a one year non-immigrant B Visa in Malaysia?

My work permit doesn't expire untill December 2010?

If so I have my own company what will I need last time I went to Laos I offered to give them my work permit at the time they said they didn't need it. When I got my passport back i was given 3 months with a note saying I should apply for a work permit really made me mad.

If it isn't possible in Malaysia any ideas where it is as I am sick of travelling all the time.

KL will give you 1 year if your WP doesn't expire until December 2010.
