I actually know someone who actually passed away in similar circumstances a few years ago, but he had only taken one pill after dinner. He unfortunately passed away in his lounge chair before going to bed. Sad situation but think at 62 yrs he did have a bit of a heart problem, that his Doctor was not aware of. After a man simultaneously pleasures two women for 12 hours straight, there really isn't anything else left to do. Except maybe simultaneously pleasure 4 women for 24 hours straight, but that would just become work after a while.
