Mae Sai Budget Accommodation

I am travelling to Mae Sai tomorrow evening on a visa run and staying just the one night.

Can anyone recommend a clean guest house/hotel for approx 300-500 baht.

The Mae Sia River guesthouse still exists but it's a long walk, real far. This is one of about two places now specializing in foreigners (compare to ten plus a few years). One place ive stayed couple of time.

Go down to the immigration place and turn left under the bridge and through that market area. About 500 meters walk and youll see one place on the left hand side, does cheap rooms about 200-300 a night.
