I'm looking for someone to design a web site for a Thai small business. Nothing out of the ordinary, but it needs to be in Thai and English.

Multimedia Asia have done some good work for us, though they are not the cheapest shop around. The owner is a US guy, very easy and pain-free to talk to.

There are zillions of cheap and fabulous web designers in Thailand - but zillions of sharks and scumbags too (the shamelessness of some individuals never ceases to amaze me). Worth checking their prior work, if you can.
