Multimedia Asia have done some good work for us, though they are not the cheapest shop around. The owner is a US guy, very easy and pain-free to talk to.

There are zillions of cheap and fabulous web designers in Thailand - but zillions of sharks and scumbags too (the shamelessness of some individuals never ceases to amaze me). Worth checking their prior work, if you can.

I am a professional website/graphics /flash designer and database programmer.
