Converting A Uk Non Imm To Thai Visa

Featured Replies

Hi, I live in Thailand and usually get our Non Imm 'O' Visas (for my husband and me) and a Non Imm 'ED' for my son from Hull when we go back every year in July but end up having to do border runs. Do you know if I can convert our current Visa's in Thailand or, as we are back off to the UK soon for a month, do I need to renew the Visa's and then convert them on our return? Current ones expire in July but as we are going back, we will get the extra 90 days on re-entering which will take us up to around the end of August. I do understand that you also need to have a certain amount in the bank, 400,000 baht?

Why do you receive a non-O? It seems you are married, but not to a Thai national. Pleae tell us a bit more about your situation, like nationalities and age so we can offer you an answer.

Yes. More info. needed.
