I need to receive FAXs from a Thai company to a local number in Bangkok. And I don't want to buy a FAX machine! OK, I realize that this is a "legacy" concept. But is there a service in Thailand which will accept a FAX sent over the local telephone lines, store it as a PDF and then notify me by email that it's waiting for me to download.

I have used such services in the US, but I need a local service and number in Bangkok.

You should check Skype. They offer such a third party service. Not sure it is the service you are looking for. Its called PAM FAX
