Hi Luke, get off at Phra Kanong BTS station and head up Pridi Banomyong road (the main soi at Phra Kanong). Turn left on soi 41 and the sports club is immediately on your right. Easy to get a motorbike for 30 baht from the BTS...takes 5 mins. Our club has prebooked 2 courts from 7.30-10pm and various numbers of people turn up, all good standard. 3 foreigners and all the rest Thais. Come on Wednesday and have a game...see if it's for you. Good hard competitive doubles games in a hot hall...excellent for fitness.

I play a reasonable game of singles but never played doubles.

I would be driving, coming down soi 77 (onnut), then turn right onto Sukumvit, then what soi on Sukumvit is it ?
