We reside in Changwat C Rai where there are 3 immigration posts

I read that since Feb 15th must use local district does this mean Jangwat Tabol or Ampur

In past have used Tak Bangkok Ranong and M Sai depending on convenience

Our nearest office is C Khong but aside from being told to go to Brisbane or come back after lunch next yr etc they come under M Sai so are nervous to take any initiative without ok from top brass at M Sai

Do not misunderstand me they are v friendly when doing 90 days free letters for driving permit and declined "gifts' as the teak trade from Lao out the window sems to juice their 4x4s and karaokes etc

Folks here use bigger Anglophone Mae Sai

I read Don muang in Marios excellent list is to close so will the immi point go too?I cannot see why they need it for adomestic airport.

3 Once went to a visa 90 day one stop shop nr our hotel in Lad Prao are v fast modern all spoke English enough etc

Can you deal with these folks for extensions as I often overnight nearby before flying

4. Airport closed for anything but emergency issue of re-entry permits. Normal re-entry desk removed.
