Can a person have a Work Visa and a Retirement Visa at the same time? I always thought one would be valid and the other would be invalid. Since you have a work visa can you renew your retirement visa each year to keep it active? In case you lose your job in LOS.

There is no such thing as a Work Visa.

Are you talking about a Work Permit. OR a Non B Visa.

You can only have one Visa at a time.

Some (not many) Labour Offices have issued Work Permits to Retirees, but most do not.

That said - it really is not that hard to change your stay if your conditions change - at most a short trip to obtain a new visa entry/meeting the normal requirements.
