If I got a Non Immigrant B Visa and a work permit (and worked ) ...would I need anything else if I wanted to study in Thailand as well? Or do you not need anything else?

Or is it easier to get a study Visa and then a WP?

You would just need to meet the educational qualifications and pay the fees. You would not be allowed to work here if using an education visa afaik.

It's just I've seen a few postgraduate courses I might be interested in doing.

Some have stated that post grad students can "work" lecturing or teaching English (heaven forbid! )

I'm more interested in starting a company in my spare time.

Agre with Lopburi 3. You can work and study if you have a non-B and work permit, but you cant study and work if you have an educational visa.

Yes you cannot work with an Ed Visa.
